Our Satisfaction Guarantee

At Liberty, we pride ourselves in delivering the highest-quality products, but if you receive an item that doesn't meet your expectations, Contact Us for a refund or gift card. We guarantee quality and value, and stand by the expected life of the item. Therefore, we will work with you reasonably, fairly and with our customers in mind.

There are times when we are unable to offer a return. These times include when:

  • Items have misuse, neglect, accidents or alterations
  • In some cases, when returns or warranties on an item are brought back without a receipt
  • Overalls are returned in anything other than original condition (unwashed & unworn)

Liberty Returns

For faster service, please place your reorder online and return your unwanted product for a refund. We will accept returns for refunds to the original form of payment within 90 days from the purchase date.

We will issue a refund only if your return:

  • Is in new condition
  • Has not been washed, worn or altered
  • Is returned within 90 days from the date of purchase

Please allow up to 30 days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

Return Instructions

1. Fill out the Liberty return form found at the bottom of your packing slip.
2. Indicate item and quantity being returned.
3. Select reason code for each item being returned.
4. Include the completed returns form in your box.
5. Place the provided prepaid label on your package.
6. Store return tracking info for your records. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your refund to process once received by our facility.

Returns of Liberty Purchases at Other Retailers

Liberty products can be returned to the retailer where they were purchased, following the policies of that store. If your product return falls beyond the store policy, we will be happy to try to assist you by replacing the item.

Your return should be:

  • In new condition
  • Unwashed, unworn and unaltered
  • Accompanied by its original receipt
